New here — start here

Meet Octo,
your AI coworker.

Octo is an AI assistant for your business. You describe the outcome in plain words; Octo plans the work, runs a team of specialised AI agents under the hood, and delivers — research, documents and spreadsheets, code and deployment, media, automations, reminders. You reach it two ways: in Telegram or in the Octodus web dashboard.

Two ways to start

In Telegram

Message the bot, or add it to your team group. In a group it replies when you @mention it or reply to one of its messages; in a direct chat it always answers.

In the web dashboard

The same assistant in your browser — chats, memory, keys and settings in one place. Sign in at dash.octodus.com.

Chats & Spaces

A Space is an isolated workspace with its own context, memory, files and access. Data in one Space is invisible to the others.

  • Every chat or group is its own Space. A new chat — or the bot in a new group — starts a new Space, so your projects stay cleanly apart.
  • The Space owner pays for its usage and manages who has access.

Linked Spaces (cross-space)

Spaces can be linked to one another.

  • From one Space, Octo can reach the orchestrator of another Space you own to pull data or hand off a task.
  • Isolation still holds — nothing crosses between Spaces unless you ask for it.

Sub-agents

For each task, Octo spins up specialised sub-agents.

  • They work in the background — research, code, media, deployment, Google and more — and report back when done.
  • Long-running jobs never freeze your chat; you can keep talking while they run.

Status page

A live status page shows the current state of the service and of the jobs Octo is running for you right now.

Memory & knowledge

Octo remembers context across sessions — facts, decisions and the thread of the work.

  • Memory is scoped to a single Space, so it never leaks between projects.
  • Just tell it "remember …" to pin something down. Global memory is on the way.
  • A Knowledge Base gives the assistant a curated source to lean on for your domain.

Integrations & API

Connect external services and Octo acts on your behalf.

  • Google (Drive / Docs / Sheets), hosting and deployment, and more.
  • Keys are added securely — you never paste anything into the chat (see below).
  • Prefer to drive the platform programmatically? Everything is available through the API.

Build & host your whole business OS

Describe the outcome — Octo designs, builds, deploys and hosts the app for you. No servers to worry about.

  • Start from the goal, not the tech: "I need an order-tracking system", "a warehouse dashboard", "a client portal" — Octo asks the right questions and proposes the structure.
  • It deploys and hosts the result for you — you get a working link and access, not a folder of files to install yourself.
  • Change requests work the same way: just say what to adjust and Octo ships the update.
  • Your results and data stay yours — export them any time.

How to phrase a task

Write in plain language — no special syntax.

  • "Pull together the top five competitors and their pricing." · "Compare these two contracts." · "Build a landing page for …" · "Remind me on Friday to …"
  • Send files (documents, images, voice notes) straight into the chat and Octo will use them.

Keys & access, done safely

Need Octo to reach a service on your behalf? It sends you a secure link where you add the secret.

  • Nothing sensitive ever goes into the chat. The old in-chat key flow is deprecated — always use the link.
  • Secrets are stored encrypted; the assistant never sees them in the clear.

Best practices

A few habits that get the most out of Octo:

  • One project, one Space.
  • State the goal and what "done" looks like.
  • Check anything critical — the final call is always yours.
