Article 28 GDPR
Where Octodus processes personal data on your behalf, an agreement under Article 28 GDPR is required. Request the customer AVV with technical and organisational measures (TOMs) before submitting such data. This overview is not a signed agreement.
Provider agreements
Applicable publicly available data processing addenda of providers used for your routes apply upon acceptance of the Terms, where those addenda are public. Non-public addenda and other applicable agreements are supplied on request. Request separate agreements for optional tools before activation.
